    Welcome to the club

    This is a club for artists that love to draw human portraits.
    Requirements for joining this club is the fact that you enjoy drawing portraits and use pencils for it, and not necessarily talent. Skills get improved from practice, remember that. ;)

    First of all I want to let you know we have two new helpers for the club!

    First :iconblueangel271183: she make the member portraits, thank you so much dear!
    And :iconx-silverwings-x: she help with submissions at Wednesday. Thank you for your help!

    And :iconultra-seven: *ultra-seven bought us a 1 year subscription!!! This is a great gift and we're really thankful for that!

    And I want to let you know about a contest which is really interesting for portrait pencil artists!
    :iconjurgendoe: =JurgenDoe is holding a Charlize Theron Contest. You must draw one of the pictures he showed in his journal. You can win some subscriptions and journal features, maybe there will be more prizes, cause it start today.

    We would like to make submissions of all the members: a piece with a little story about yourself with three drawings.
    So, if you want such a ' PPA Member Portrait', please send a note with the title 'member portrait'.
    I need three links to your drawings and please write a little about yourself, whatever you'd like. For example why you like to draw portraits, how long you draw and so on.:D

    :heart: NEWS ABOUT THE CLUB :heart:


    Dear members,

    maybe you noticed that we'll change our submitting system. Cause there are so many people which :+fav: the artwork at the club and not at the original. So there is a good way to stop it.
    A special thanks to Eric *phydeau :iconphydeau:, cause he send me a note and ask me if it's possible to change it this way. And I think it's a great idea! Hope you think so too!

    So we'll :+fav: your submitted artwork to our favourites and submit a couple of artworks together. Everyone must go to our favourite folders and fav it there, that mean's they only can fav your original artwork.

    Besides this I decide to make a monthly news article to show the best of one month which is submitted through the club. I really hope to support your beautiful art more with it.

    Thank you so much to all managers of the club which help to keep up running and to the many members which make the club popular like it is. :heart:
